Haicen Power Limited Warranty Policy

Shandong Haicen Power Co., Ltd. ("Haicen") stands behind the quality of its products. This Limited Warranty outlines the coverage and terms for products manufactured and sold by Haicen.

1. Warranty Coverage & Duration

●  Covered Products: This warranty applies only to new Haicen products bearing the original manufacturing label, purchased directly from Haicen or an authorized dealer.

●  Workmanship & Materials Warranty: Haicen warrants that its products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of:

        ●  40 months from purchase date, or

        ●  36 months from installation date,

        ●  whichever occurs first.

●  Performance Warranty: Haicen guarantees that the battery pack will retain at least 80% of its labeled storage capacity for the same warranty period as above.

2. What We Will Do

If a defect in materials or workmanship arises during the warranty period and Haicen confirms the claim is valid, we will, at our option:

●  Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.

●  Replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

Replaced or repaired parts are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

3. What Is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

●  Costs of installation, removal, labor, or shipping for warranty service.

●  Damage resulting from:

       ●  Improper installation, use, or maintenance.

       ●  Modifications or repairs by unauthorized personnel.

       ●  Accident, abuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

●  Products without a valid proof of purchase.

●  Normal wear and tear or capacity degradation below 80% after the warranty period.

4. How to Make a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please provide written notice to Haicen at the address below within the applicable warranty period. Your claim must include:

●  Product serial number.

●  Copy of the original purchase invoice.

●  Detailed description of the defect and product use case.

Upon receipt, Haicen may request additional information to process your claim.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary under local laws. This is a summary of terms. For complete terms and conditions, please refer to our full legal documentation.

 Excluded Warranty Claims

 (a). Haicen makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, orally, or in writing, with respect to any other warranty coverage except those expressly stated  in this limited Factory Warranty

 (b). The Factory Warranty does not cover damages that occur due to:

  ●  Transport damage;

  ●  Installation or commissioning through any person which is not an Authorized, Certified Dealer;

  ●  Failure to observe the specifications;

  ●  Modifications, changes, or attempted repairs, except as conducted by an Authorized Dealer;

  ●  Incorrect use or inappropriateoperation;

  ●  Failure to observe the applicable safety regulations;

  ●  Force majeure.

 (c). This factory warranty does not cover cosmetic defects which do not directly influence energy production, or degrade form, fit, and function.

 (d). Claims that go beyond the scope of this limited Factory Warranty, in particular claims for compensation for direct or indirect damages arising from the defective device, for compensation for costs arising from disassembly and installation,  or loss of profits, are expressly NOT covered by this Factory Warranty.

 (e). In no event will Haicen be held responsible or liable for any personal injuries resulting from the use of the  system, or for  any  other damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential; even if Haicen has been advised of such damages.
